废润滑油再生技术简介
一、影响润滑油质量的因素
回收的废润滑油中,存在非烃类、烯烃类、稠环芳烃、金属离子;机械杂质、金属微小颗粒;沥青质、胶质等有害物质。这些有害物质的存在,互为引发剂、相互提供反应物和催化物质。在外部因素:光、温度和空气中氧气等的作用下产生聚合、氧化等化学变化,润滑油的安定性被破坏,表现为变黑、沉渣等现象。
I、The factors that influence the quality of lubricating oil
The existence of hydrocarbon mixtures(non-hydrocarbons、alkenes、condensed-nuclei aromatics ), metal ions, mechanical impurities, metal particles, asphaltine、colloid in the recycling of waste lubricating oil will influence the quality of lubricating oil. These harmful substances can react with each other under the external factors (oxygen, light and temperature); chemical changes (polyreaction, oxidation) may occur at this time also, creating black colors or some grain stillages.
二、本公司开发了一套回收废润滑油再生技术。
本技术采用化学处理过程中催化剂的作用。我公司开发了一种复合催化剂,在它的催化作用下,内部因素的各有害物质被选择性的进行了处理,例如:聚合、屏蔽、钝化等并***终以残渣的形式排出。从而达到除去废润滑油中的不安定因素,使其还原再生,成为合格润滑油基础油。
该项技术既不同于传统的硫酸蒸馏,也不同于目前的油蒸馏催化加氢技术。传统蒸馏技术产生的废渣和废气对环境污染极为严重。而后者得到的油又极易氧化变色还有臭味。本公司这套技术的工艺过程为:将回收的各种废润滑油(包括汽、柴机润滑油等几乎所有可以回收的废弃油)进行催化处理后,再经蒸馏后制得与原废润滑油相同的再生润滑油基础油,它不会产生氧化变色,也没有臭味产生。残留的废渣还可做燃料使用,不会对环境产生二次污染。该技术自动化控制程度高,设备操作简单,没有复杂的操作控制,易学易懂,劳动强度无需特别1~2人即可。
II、Our company has developed a set of recycling waste oil regeneration technique.
This technology is using the principle of catalysts in chemical process. We developed an alkaline compound catalyst which can take some selective chemical reactions between these harmful substances(like polymerization, shielding, passivation), discharge the harmful substance in the form of residue,remove the unsafe factor during use of waste lubricating oil, and then refine the waste oil, get the qualified base lubricating oil.
The technology is different from the traditional distillation, and also different from the current favorite technology which using the steam heated method to regenerate the waste oil. Just for the waste residue and waste gas created by the traditional distillation way will easily pollute our environment. And the oil gets by the latter way will discolored by oxidation with the bad smell.
The technology process of our company: the reclaimed waste lubricating oil (including gasoline engine oil / diesel engine oil and almost all waste recoverable oil) will be treated with catalysts first, and then get the regenerated lubricating base oil which is the same as the origin waste oil by distillation. This base oil can not be discolored by oxidation and no bad smell release; the waste residue can be used as fuel so as to reduce the pollution of environment. With the high degree of automation control technology, our equipment easy to be operated by one or two workers without complicated operation.
三、工艺过程
原料废润滑油经脱除机械杂质后,进入化学处理釜,加入催化剂的水溶液,常温常压下搅拌反应。催化处理后的原料经泵打入间歇式蒸馏釜内,在高真空条件下进行蒸馏,依次蒸出水、燃料油、各种沸程的润滑油基础油经过专用冷冻机冷却后回收。***后排出蒸馏残渣(可作燃料)。蒸馏过程中废润滑油采用循环加热的手段;加热热源可采用电、燃料油、天然气、煤等。配有废气处理器对真空排出的气体进行净化处理。
III、technological process
After remove the mechanical impurity, oil will treat by the chemical kettle, then add the catalyst aqueous solution in the kettle and stir it under the normal temperature and pressure. The raw material will be pumped into intermittent distillation kettle after catalytic treatment, under the high vacuum condition, the distilled water、fuel oil and base oil will be extract in turn from distillation kettle. After any kinds of boiling-range base oil cools off by the dedicated chiller plant, it can be recycled. And the machine will discharge the waste residue (can be used as fuel).We take hydronic heating method to treat the waste oil during the process of distillation ; you can use electricity, fuel oil, natural gas and coal, etc. to heat it;Our machine equipped with waste gas processor for gas purification treatment .
